📏 How do I measure my foot?
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Stand on it with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure the distance between the wall and the mark, in centimetres.
- Repeat with the other foot and keep the larger measurement.
💡 Our tips
- Measure your feet at the end of the day, when they are slightly more swollen.
-
Between two sizes? Take the larger size.
- Wide feet or bunions (hallux valgus): we also recommend going one size up.
- If you wear thick socks or your own insoles, add about 0.5 cm to your measurement.
