The seller’s return policy, whose products are sold on our website (hereinafter, the “Seller”), lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods or of the last good, if it is a contract for several goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item in your order must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of the receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where you should send the package. Items returned without a prior return request within the specified period will not be accepted.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your exchanged item.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
To meet the cancellation deadline, you only need to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires, which ends from the moment the item is entrusted to the carrier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or different from the one you ordered.
This will allow us to assess the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
By exception to point 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned.
The following cannot be returned and therefore are not eligible for a refund:
• perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
• personalized products (such as special orders or custom-made items);
personal care items (such as beauty products).
• hazardous materials and products, liquids, gases, or flammable products.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to obtain an item different from the one that was ordered, we recommend placing a new order and returning the item that is not suitable.
To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us by email, you will receive a return address to which you can send your products back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
If you request a refund in accordance with the terms of this policy, we will send you all payments we have received from you (with the exception of additional shipping costs resulting from your choosing a shipping method other than the standard delivery offered free of charge on our site), immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day we received your request.
Refunds (if applicable)
We are committed to informing you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know whether your refund due to this return has been approved or not by the Seller. If the Seller approves your refund request, you will automatically be refunded the price paid for the returned item(s) to the same account associated with your original payment method, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method; in any case, you will incur no fees as a result of the refund. Please note that refund processing by banking institutions and various payment providers is subject to their own processing times, which we are unable to control.

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the recipient chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you returned the item.
